We had dreamt about a beach wedding in paradise and the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua made all the dreams come true. Frida, our wedding planner at Novotel was amazing, took care of all the details. The setting on the private beach was amazing. The bach barbeque was awesome and the staff were fantastic. Thank you to Firda and the team at Novotel for making our wedding a reality.

I have traveled extensively and did not expect much in terms of service in Bali. This is my second visit here and l have been to at least two good hotels here and an average one in Kuta, so l felt l had a good grasp of what to expect. However, My wife and l were so pleasantly surprised by Oline's outstanding professional, competent and friendly service. She has a good balance of professionalism and yet a warm family touches to her demeanor. Roxana(bride) described the overall event as perfect and we found Oline at every stage, making certain everything went as planned. 

The event went over and beyond our best expectations and l would like to extend our appreciation to you, for having such an amazing person on staff. Lastly, allow me to also say, that the staff that worked alongside Oline, were also very friendly and helpful. They were efficient and made our day feel special.

Please ensure that senior management is aware of this high recommendation of your staffs excellence. Guests are often quick to lay complaints against staff, but reluctant to take time to commend good service.  Thank you to Novotel and Accor for this wonderful venue and service. We are here for two weeks and are enjoying our stay thus far.
