The wedding day was perfect. We were very relaxed on the day; this was due to several factors:
You were very professional and prompt in attending to our special requests before our arrival to Bali, and the meeting organized by yourself to discuss the wedding was perfect as this only made our minds even more at rest as we felt very comfortable with the arrangements we discussed.
The wedding day itself was beautiful, the beach was lovely and the chairs and petals looked nothing but perfect. The bar tab was very well organized and when we had reached our agreed limit; you informed us quickly so we could increase this with no problems for your end.
It was also great to see yourself and your food and beverage manager at the wedding to ensure all went well, again from our eyes this is a sign of good management and leadership skills as we did not have to worry about one little thing on the day and if we did you were there if we needed you.
You have conducted your duties well above what is normal and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua to our friends and family for future holidays.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for making our wedding day so special, We spent 10 days in total at the novotel and got married on the 7th day. We had no problems and no stress as you had already taken care of everything for us. All our family and friends came and said it was a fantastic day and the fact that we could enjoy the holiday with them without worrying about the wedding plans made it even more special.
